Up to 2 If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy. - Restrictions: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $350charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $50 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. There is no monthly pet charge. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (includes pitbulls, doberman pinchers, german shepards, akitas, chows, or any mixture of aggressive breeds).
