The Holt Apartments, formally The Holt Hotel has been lovingly renovated into unique 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments.

The building known as the Holt Hotel was built in 1910 as an office building and was Wichita Falls first skyscraper. In 1926, it was remodeled into a state of the art hotel, and counted First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, Babe Ruth, Will Rogers and numerous other state and national dignitaries among its guests. Like many hotels of its era, business began to decline in the late 1950s and in the 1980s it was left vacant and abandoned. Today, the building has been renovated into downtown residences with seven floors of loft style apartments and ground floor retail space. The interior will reflect the buildings history.
